Suzanne Pleshette, an American actress and voice artist. Over the course of nearly 5 decades of her career, she earned over 100 credits. Pleshette began her career in New York and began her acting career on stage. In later years she decided to gradually move to the big screen. Her most notable films include 'Rome Adventure,' 'The Birds', 'Fate the Hunter,' If It's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium', and Support Your Local Gunfighter. Her TV roles and films were also varied. She has been nominated four occasions in the category of Emmy Awards and twice for Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was nominated to win the Laurel Award twice and won the award in 1963 when she appeared in the film 'The Birds. Pleshette, who died in 2008 was given the honor of a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
